1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the nrich.email service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service
nrich.email provides a data enrichment service for newsletter platforms like Beehiiv, Substack, and others. Through trusted data providers, our service enhances your subscriber lists with additional data points such as location, LinkedIn URL, job role, position, company, and more.

3. Enrichment Process
- For platforms with API support, we directly connect to your account to enrich your data.
- For platforms without API support, you must export your subscriber list, which we will enrich and return in the same format for re-importing.

4. Billing and Payments
- We only charge for successfully enriched subscriber data.
- Payments are final and non-refundable. This is because we incur immediate costs with our data providers when processing your request.
- To try the service, you may choose the minimum package available before making a larger purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability
- nrich.email does not guarantee that all requested data points will be available for all subscribers due to limitations with data providers.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the use of enriched data complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to data protection regulations (such as GDPR or CCPA).

6. Data Security
We maintain high security standards to protect our clients' information. Processed data is only shared with enrichment providers and never with unauthorized third parties.

7. Jurisdiction
Upon formal registration in the United States, this agreement will be governed by the laws of the state where nrich.email is registered. For disputes, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in that locality.

8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via our website and/or email.
